What is included in the tour price?
The tour lasts about 2.5 hours and finishes at Tsukiji Outer Market. The tour is conducted in English. The tour price includes six or more scheduled food tastings and the guide fee. Additional food or drinks you choose to purchase cost extra. Alcohol is not included.
Can children join the tour?
Yes. The price is ¥13,000 for adults ages 16 and older and ¥9,100 for children ages 6–15. Infants and children ages 0–5 join for free. Prices exclude tax.
Does the tour run in the rain?
Yes. The tour normally runs in the rain. If we cancel the tour, we will notify you at the email address you provided when booking.
What should I do if I’m late or can’t find the guide?
Please arrive at Lawson Tsukiji 4-chome 5 minutes before the tour starts. The tour departs on time. We do not wait for late arrivals or contact them individually.
Can large groups join the tour?
The tour has 1 to 6 participants, with a maximum of 6. Advance booking is required. If only one participant is booked 72 hours before the tour starts, Tokyo Localized will cancel the tour and notify you by email.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
To cancel or request a date or time change, use “Manage Booking” in your confirmation email or email info@tokyolocalized.com. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time and no-shows are non-refundable.
