Where does the tour start?
The tour starts at Shinjuku Station East Exit Police Box. Advance booking is required; pay by credit card through our website when booking. Please arrive 5 minutes before the tour starts. The tour departs on time, and we do not wait for late arrivals or contact them individually.
Where does the tour end?
The tour finishes at Shinjuku Sanchome.
How many people are in the group?
The tour has 1 to 15 participants, with a maximum of 15. If only one participant is booked 72 hours before the tour starts, Tokyo Localized will cancel the tour and notify you by email. This tour is not recommended for children.
Is food included?
No. The price is ¥3,500 per person, excluding tax, with no discounted child or infant rate. The guide fee is included. Food, drinks, transportation, and hotel pickup and drop-off are not included.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water, an umbrella or raincoat when needed, and cash for any food or drinks you wish to purchase. The tour normally runs in the rain. If we cancel the tour, we will notify you at the email address you provided when booking.
How do I cancel my booking, and can I get a refund?
To cancel or request a date or time change, use “Manage Booking” in your confirmation email or email info@tokyolocalized.com. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time and no-shows are non-refundable.
