You can reschedule or cancel your booking through our app. However, if you wish to make any changes within 24 hours of the tour start time, you won’t be able to do it yourself—please contact us by email. You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the start time and receive a full refund. If you cancel 24–72 hours before the tour, you can still cancel through the app, but you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
