What this App can do

With Tokyo Localized app, You can Book, Reschedule or Cancel your bookings easily on your own. Also, you can easily find your desired tours and check out sightseeing information in Tokyo.

How to Install the Tokyo Localized App on Your Phone

• Download the "Spaces by Wix" app from the link below.

• Sign up using your preferred method.

• Open the app and enter the Invite Code for Tokyo Localized app: "WWOX34"

  

  

  

How to Book a Tour

• Choose the tour you want to join from 'Tours' or 'Schedule'

• Fill in the form and Tap the "Book Now" button.

• You’ll receive a confirmation notification and email.

How to Reschedule or Cancel Your Booking

• Go to “My Profile > Bookings.”

• Select the booking you want to change or cancel.

• Tap “Reschedule” to choose a new date and time, or “Cancel” to cancel the booking.

• You’ll receive a notification and email with the update.

FAQ

• 'Book Now' button doesn't work.

  →Delete part of your phone number in the form and re-enter it, the button becomes clickable.
